In the meantime, if you have purchased Gambit but can’t play with it on your Android device, please email email@example.com with the following information and we will get you up and running again.
* Real Name
* Account Name
* Email Address linked to the account
* Optional but helpful: The version of Android you are running. (You can find this in the Settings app, under About Phone / Android Version.)
We are very sorry for the delays in getting Gambit to you, and we’re working to fix it right away.
Since the last update, the android app is not functioning at all. I only get a black screen on start up.
Thought to let you know.
I updated my copy of Star Realms and the second campaign is the same as the first. This in on my iPhone 6 Plus and on my iPad Air 2. Is this going to be fixed soon? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it didn’t fix the problem. Thanks.
I also get the black screen. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled to the same issue. When first running it says it downloads a 0MB file, and finishes that, then goes to a black screen. On subsequent runs the splash screen shows, then goes black.
Hi Matthew, please update to the latest version of the app if you haven’t already. That should fix it.
I’m seeing the same thing. Chapter 2 is basically gone on iPhone and iPad mini 2. It is just an exact copy of Chapter 1.
This issue has been fixed and updated in a new release. Thank you for the feedback.
The above problems are still happening on Windows.
Please update to version 2.20 if you haven’t already.
I’m having issues where I can’t individually select cards to play on my android phone or iPad. It works fine in my windows computer. I can use other functions like play all, but this doesn’t help when there are cards that play all won’t play. This glitch happened in both the former version and the updated version.
Are you trying to double tap the cards to play them? Have you tried swiping them onto the field?
Thanks. That worked perfectly. Double tapping had worked for all the other cards, but I’m glad there is an alternative. Thanks again.
Great game, but I am curious as to why the mid-april update on android now requires permissions for photos/media/files and for WiFi connection information.
When I start the game, I get the opening screen and music, but nothing changes, no matter where I touch the screen. I’m running a Nexus 7 tablet running the most recent update of Android.
It also has the same issue on my Nexus 4 phone.
I’m afraid our game engine does not yet support Android 6.0. It is being worked on – sorry about that.
One thing you can try, is manually set the permissions for showing the permissions dialogs for Android 6.0. Some users have reported that the app worked for them after giving permission to the Star Realms app.
