This 200-card set has everything you need to reset and replay the Star Realms Rise of Empire campaign as many times as you like! This Kit allows legacy play without using stickers! Requires Star Realms Rise of Empire. Alternatively, you may use the included Trade Deck with the Explorers and Starting Decks from another Star Realms base set.

Note: The card list below is essentially tripled in this set. Once for the regular Trade Deck, once for Star Empire Sideboard, and once for Trade Federation Sideboard. So, there are a total of 12 Finders, for example.
