Star Realms is an award-winning spaceship combat deckbuilding game designed by Magic: the Gathering Pro Tour Champions and Hall of Famers Darwin Kastle and Rob Dougherty. The game offers all the thrills of traditional trading card game style combat, combined with the fun of a deckbuilding game. Play powerful ships, destroy enemy bases or blast your opponent directly on your way to victory!
Star Realms Gambit Expansion incorporates both the Gambit set and the Year One organized play promo cards from the physical card game. Just $3.99 once unlocks for all four platforms. The game changes in powerful ways with a new type of card — the Gambit. There are nine of them, and each player is given two of them at random to begin the game. When do you use your Gambits? When do you make your move? The war continues, and now the stakes are even higher!

The game mechanics and design decisions as a whole set Star Realms apart from other games in the same genre. Star Realms is a near perfect example of what’s right, not just in science fiction gaming or deckbuilding, but in how to successfully conceptualize, launch, fund, and distribute a worthy product to the masses. 9/10.Andrew Lamb
FINALLY, someone is making a deckbuilding game where the goal is just to kill your frickin’ opponent! I loved how smooth and quick the game was. The best part is that the game is going to retail for $14.95 MSRP, which is insane. It finally felt like two of my favorite games (Dominion and Magic) were put together in the right way.Derek Thompson
I can honestly see this as replacing Dominion as my go-to deck building game.David
